Update

So I havent been on in a very long time.. I must say I been doing quite well.
It is now July 2014.
Weight 300lbs
This was me 2 months 
Eat right (daily balance)
Drink plenty of water and green tea (with little sugar)
3-4 days of exercise either at a gym or I like to use youtube 30min workouts.

Eating right doesnt mean just salads and plain food.
You can eat right with style and flavor. Just need to know how to do it.

Heres a sample
Breakfast
Special k chocolate 2 cups w/ milk
Fruit
Coffee or Green tea

Lunch
Marinated grilled chicken
Spinach leaves
Dried cranberries
Almonds or Cashews
Light Creamy Caesar
All mixed up and put into a wrap.
Iced Green Tea or Water

Dinner
Strip steak with little adobo seasoning grilled. (The rarer the better) OR Chicken breast with a light honey glaze grilled
Fresh green bean salad with cranberries
White or brown rice
Iced Green Tea or water.


Or

Breakfast
Ham, green peppers, mushrooms and cheese omelet.
Fruit
Coffee or green tea

Lunch
Tomato
Mozzarella
Basil
Lite mayo
On white or wheat toast
Iced Green Tea or Iced

Dinner
Mexican Lime Chicken grilled
Grilled peppers, onions and mushrooms with little olive oil, salt and pepper
White or brown rice
Iced green tea or water

Desserts
Choices
Breyers and Friendlys containers make frozen yogurt.
Or
Homemade cakes tend to be easily made and you can make single servings.
Or
Jello with fruit chucks like strawberries, raspberries,  even watermelon chunks.
Or
Single serving homemade pudding cups


Alcoholic beverages
Think less sugar
Light beers

If your planning on getting drunk, use DIET soda.. no lie. You can drink less count calories and get drunk..

Im a private bartender.
Every time someone asks whats one thkng they can drink on a diet but still e njoy and get drunk, I always tell them use anything with diet soda.
